Amphibian basic course at Naturama

The first warm days are already heralding the arrival of spring. With the rising temperatures, the first amphibians are also making their way to their spawning waters. At the same time, preparations for the amphibian migration are also starting here and the first amphibian fences are being erected.

The amphibian migration and spawning season offers a wonderful opportunity to observe these fascinating animals at close quarters. For all those who would like to learn more about this exciting group of species, we offer a basic course on amphibians on behalf of Naturama Aargau.

During the course, participants will learn about all amphibian species in the canton of Aargau and their diverse habitats. In addition, four excursions offer the opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge directly in the field and observe the animals in their natural environment.
